Hiking the Mist Trail

For anyone who wants to come with us or is thinking about coming with us on Sunday, we are hiking the Mist Trail to the top of Nevada Falls.

We are meeting at the church at 6am. I will have donuts for breakfast, if you don't like donuts, to bad, you better eat something else. The Mist Trail is named so because we are hiking next to a waterfall and you will get wet. Because of the water you need to wear appropriate clothing (i.e. no white shirts) and many hikers bring a pancho for this part of the trail, you do not have to, but you can.

The total cost is 10 dollars and
permission slips will be available Sunday morning, at the church office or right here.
Bring a sack lunch and PLENTY of water, if you have a camelback that would be the best option.
Wear hiking boots or tennis shoes you can walk comfortably in. It will be cold in the morning and hot in the afternoon so shorts and a sweatshirt would be optimum.

Dinner is included in the cost and we will be home between 6 and 8 depending on how fast we hike. If you have any questions please email me as I will be in jury duty, again, Pna0226@gmail.com

Please let me know if you are going to be joining if you haven't already. See you Sunday.
